Jason Koenders, Senior Vice President, California/Nevada Jason Koenders first joined Integra Telecom in 1998 and previously served as vice president of engineering and most recently as the vice president of operations for Integra Telecom of Washington. During his telecommunications career, Mr. Koenders also served as chief operating officer for Nevada-based Excella Communications.
