Enhanced Calling Features

Anonymous Call Rejection
This feature allows you to block anonymous calls from callers that have blocked their Caller ID information. Your callers will hear a message explaining that you will not accept blocked calls. Your blocked calls will be marked on your Caller ID display as "Private" or "Anonymous"
Call Forwarding/Busy Line
This feature will send calls to a designated number if your line is busy. Calls will be routed to a designated number.
Call Forwarding/Don't Answer
This feature will send unanswered calls to a designated number after a set number of rings. These calls can be routed to your voice messaging system, answering service or cell phone.
Call Forwarding/Remote Activation
Allows activation/deactivation of call forwarding from a remote location.
Preferred Call Forwarding
Allows creation of a list of phone numbers that are to be forwarded when they call.
Call Hold
Allows caller to be placed on hold.
Caller ID
Manage your calls better by seeing who is calling first without answering the phone. Caller ID will display the information of your calling party and you decide how to handle the call. This feature requires Caller ID equipment.
Caller ID with name
Similar to caller ID, but also displays the caller's name. This feature requires Caller ID equipment.
Call Return
Enter a code to re-call the last party called or who attempted to call you.
Call Screening
Allows creation of a list of local phone numbers from which you do not wish ro receive calls.
Call Transfer
Allows a call to be transferred to a third party, or to add a third party to a call already in progress.
Call Waiting
This feature alerts you when another call is coming through while you are talking on the line. You will hear a beep tone during your conversation.
Call Waiting ID
Call waiting will alert you that someone is calling and the Caller ID will display the second caller's information. This feature requires Caller ID equipment.
Do Not Disturb
This feature allows you to prevent incoming calls from ringing. Only callers who have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) can override this feature.
Personal Ringing
This feature allows you to have up to three telephone numbers — each with a unique ringing pattern.
Priority Ringing
This feature allows you to program your phone line to ring with a distinctive ring with a distinctive ringing pattern whenever you are called from a select list of local members.
Repeat Dialing
Tired of redialing the same phone number when you get a busy signal? Repeat Dialing will let you know when your party’s line is available. Your call will be redialed for thirty minutes.
Special Call Acceptance
Allows you to screen incoming calls by creating a list of local phone numbers from which you are willing to acccept calls. Calls from numbers not on your list are sent to a recording stating that you are not currently accepting calls.
Speed Calling 8
Assigns a single digit code to 8 frequently dialed phone numbers.
Speed Calling 30
Assigns a two-digit code to 30 frequently dialed phone numbers.
Voice/Data Protection
This feature prevents interruptions from ocurring while you are transmitting data or sending a fax.
3-Way Calling
Tired of repeating information? Save time by saying it once and connect with two calling parties at the same time. This feature makes scheduling with multiple parties faster and more efficient.
